CARMEL, Ind. -- Carmel’s city council has approved up to $4.5 million for a large parking garage and steak house in the Arts and Design District.
Work has already started on the lot, which is at the southwest corner of the Monon Greenway and Main Street.
The parking garage will feature 200 spaces.
The developer also plans to build townhomes, offices, retail and a high-end steakhouse on the property.
No date has been set for when the project will be complete.
