Carmel firefighters rescue pet iguana, cats from house fire

CARMEL, Ind. – Firefighters in Carmel rescued a pet iguana and multiple cats from a house fire Sunday evening.

While fighting a fire near 136th Street and Towne Road, crews rescued the animals and the homeowners were not inside at the time.
