INDIANAPOLIS -- The union bargaining committee for the Carrier workers have agreed to a deal with the company leaving Indianapolis for Monterrey, Mexico.

Some of the compensation offered by the company is:
- One week of pay for each year worked, also an offer of a $2,500 lump sum payment
- Six months of medical coverage
- Six months of dental coverage
- Access to educational assistance
