Carroll County deputy charged with trying to solicit sex from couple

CARROLL COUNTY, Ind. -- A Carroll County deputy is on administrative leave after he was charged with trying to solicit sex from a couple last month. 

Carroll County Sheriff's Department Deputy Jason Dunning is charged with making an unlawful proposition for the incident that happened in late August. 

Carroll County Sheriff Tobe Leazenby said Dunning was off-duty at the time of the incident.

Dunning has been placed on administrative leave and the case is being handled by the Clinton County Special Prosecutor.
