INDIANAPOLIS - As Indianapolis residents braced for another snow storm forecasted to hit central Indiana Tuesday night, the Indy Snow Force prepared to launch its snow removal action plan.
Up to 300 residential contractors were deployed Tuesday evening, according to the Indianapolis Department of Public Works website.
DPW officials said that the Indy Snow Force plows were activated at 11 p.m. Tuesday to keep city streets clear for commuters.
Indy Snow Force officials asked residents to be patient and to cooperate when plow trucks are removing snow. Residents were asked to not park on city streets and to clear driveway entrances and sidewalks.
