INDIANAPOLIS -- A new proposal recently passed in Indianapolis will attempt to help some of Indianapolis' most vulnerable people.
The Indianapolis City-County Council passed a proposal aimed at helping homeless men and women.
It requires the city to offer assistance to anybody relocated from homeless camps.
That could include storing their items for a minimum of 60 days and setting them up with organizations that find housing and jobs.
The proposal passed 23-2.
