INDIANAPOLIS - Firefighters battled a blaze at an apartment complex near Beech Grove Friday morning.
The fire broke out just after 11 a.m. at the Parc Bordeaux complex at 4920 Rue Vallee, near East Thompson Road and Interstate 65.
Thick black smoke could be seen for several miles.
The building had eight units, all of which were occupied.
No injuries were reported.
