INDIANAPOLIS - Crews responded to a double-residence fire on the city’s east side late Monday evening.
The fire was reported in the 100 block of North Denny Street after 8 p.m., officials with the Indianapolis Fire Department said.
Fire crews said heavy flames were visible when they arrived to the scene. The house had been damaged earlier in another fire believed to have been arson, officials said.
Investigators said Monday's fire could also be a case of arson.
IFD officials estimated the fire caused $20,000 in damage. No injuries have been reported.
