INDIANAPOLIS -- Two people are in police custody and a third is on the loose after a stolen vehicle crashed into a house on Indianapolis' east side.
The incident began when when a traffic stop turned into a police chase around 1 a.m. Tuesday.
The suspect's van ended up crashing into a house near the intersection of 20th Street and Emerson Avenue.
After the crash, the passengers were detained by police, but one man was able to get away from the scene.
No weapons or alcohol were involved and nobody was hurt.
