INDIANAPOLIS — Police are investigating after a body was found in an alley on Indianapolis' northeast side Friday morning.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to the 2900 block of Drexel Avenue around 10:30 a.m. for a death investigation.
Arriving officers found a person dead in an alley nearby.
The circumstances surrounding the death have not been released.
