Disgruntled customer arrested after PNC Bank bomb threat

INDIANAPOLIS -- A man has been taken into custody following a bomb threat made Thursday to the PNC Bank at the Linwood Square Shopping Center.

IMPD said the customer made the threat Thursday and then showed up at the bank near the intersection of 10th Street and Linwood Avenue in person Friday afternoon. IMPD was alerted around 4:30 p.m. and took him into custody on scene.

Bomb squad officers were called to do a precautionary sweep of the suspect's vehicle.

No injuries were reported, and the suspected was not armed or in possession of any explosive materials.
