FRANKLIN, Ind. -- A Johnson County man was arrested on multiple charges after he hid a camera inside a bathroom, police say.

Charles Walker was arrested Sunday evening when officers with the Franklin Police Department were called to a mobile home lot in Franklin on a report of an invasion of privacy.

They met a 13-year-old girl who said she had been in one of the homes to take a shower. She said she noticed a light flashing inside a shoebox in a closet. She told police she opened the shoebox, and saw a camera inside it.

After she showered, she said she saw Walker go into the bathroom when she was done.

She took the camera to a neighbor and showed it to them. The neighbor, along with another juvenile, looked at the item, and confirmed it was a video camera.

When the camera was turned over to police, it didn't have an SD card in it, but the neighbors said they were sure it had one when they looked at it.

Franklin officers searched the Walker's house and found the SD card, which had enough evidence to arrest Walker.

He was preliminarily charged with child exploitation, child pornography and voyeurism.
