PAOLI, Ind. -- Remember the scene from southern Indiana on Christmas Day?
A semi truck tried to cross a historic bridge in Paoli, Indiana but didn't make it.
Investigators say the semi was carrying 43,000 pounds of water when the bridge gave way.
They say the truck was nearly six times over the weight limit.
Now the community is trying to decide if that bridge, originally built in the 1880s, should be restored.
County officials say the bridge's future hinges largely on the settlement with the trucking firm's insurance company.
Two engineers say restoration costs could be as high as a million dollars.
