DELPHI, Ind. -- Two weeks after the bodies of two Delphi teens were found, state police are ramping up their efforts to find the girls’ killer.
In an effort to keep their tips fresh and get the word out to those who may not see it on traditional methods, Indiana State Police began handing out signs and posters to local businesses on Tuesday.
They want every person who passes through the small town of Delphi to know that they are seeking justice for Abigail Williams and Liberty German.
“We also understand there is a small Amish community as well as a German Baptist community that doesn't necessarily follow electronic forms of media,” said Indiana State Police Sgt. Tony Slocum. “This is just another way we can get the information in front of their eyeballs, maybe they saw something and can give us a call.”

The reward for an arrest and conviction in the case is now over $100,000, and police are still sifting through the thousands of tips they have received. But so far, none of them has led them to the person who killed the girls.

Police are still trying to identify the man from a photo and short audio clip that were released last week. Police say both were captured on Liberty Williams cell phone the day that she died. You can listen to that recording below.
Although the days continue to pass, police say their trail has not grown cold, and their efforts are not slowing down.
“As a matter of fact, we’re ramping up efforts,” Sgt. Slocum. “We’re putting in more resources, bringing more officers from the local area and surrounding areas to again double down on our efforts so to speak.”
Electronic signs now sit near the trail where Abby and Libby first disappeared.
The FBI is also using about 6,000 electronic billboards in 46 states to try to get information about the case.
