INDIANAPOLIS - Devour Downtown Summerfest 2014 kicked off Monday and will run through Aug. 31.
More than 70 restaurants are offering a three-course meal for a value price and it's not just limited to dinner. Some restaurants are also offering breakfast, lunch and vegetarian or gluten-free options.
"It's the greatest thing we can do for our consumers. From a convention standpoint, we usually pick the two slowest weeks and then we make it so everyone who lives in Indianapolis can come downtown," said Jeff Smith, president of Indianapolis Downtown Restaurant Association.
