An undercover agent visited Rasaki to obtain the drugs as part of the investigation, which began in 2009 after pharmacists expressed concerns about Rasaki's prescribing practices, Curry said.
According to the probable cause affidavit, Rasaki also wrote prescriptions while his license was suspended.
Rasaki is also facing a charge of insurance fraud related to claims submitted to Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Curry said.
Curry said 100 claims were randomly selected for scrutiny, and investigators found that 100 percent of them were problematic. The claims included duplicate billings, incorrect coding and "ghost visits," Curry said.
Rasaki was convicted of battery and sexual battery in September 2012 after patients complained of inappropriate touching.
Rasaki's initial court appearance related to the new charges was scheduled for Tuesday morning.
