HAMILTON COUNTY, Ind. -
A driver crashed a car into an Indiana Department of Transportation tower early Wednesday in Hamilton County.
Dispatchers said the crash happened just before 2 a.m. when a car was headed south on Interstate 69 near the 116 th Street exit.
The car veered off into a grassy area near the ramp and slammed into the tower that holds one of INDOT's cameras, officials said.
The driver suffered minor injuries and the cause of the crash remained under investigation, police said.
