KOKOMO, Ind. -
Entrepreneur Stedman Graham will visit Kokomo Thursday for Leadership Kokomo’s 30th Anniversary Celebration.
Graham, chairman and CEO of S. Graham and Associates, will be the guest speaker at the event.
S. Graham and Associates is a Chicago-based firm that offers training for personal and professional success.
Because of his business savvy, Sharon Reed Corbett, Leadership Kokomo’s director, said she believes Graham was the perfect keynote speaker.
“Kokomo has taken such a bad rap,” she said. “We’re on our way back, and it will be great for people to hear a message that’s really positive and says, ‘You can do it, you can make it happen.’ We’re hoping that leaders in the community will see this organization as a place where they can (grow)."
Graham is also the longtime companion of Oprah Winfrey.
The event will be held at 12:30 p.m. at the Kokomo Event and Conference Center.
