INDIANAPOLIS - A man convicted in connection with the Hovey Street slayings who walked away from work release earlier this month is once again in police custody.

Tommy Warren, 29, was on the lam for more than 10 days before authorities located him Monday.

Warren pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit robbery related to the Jan. 14, 2008 robbery that left two women and their young children dead.

Warren was serving a 10 year sentence for his part in the murder and robbery.

The Metro police Violent Crimes Unit and U.S. Marshals arrested Warren at a home in the 800 block of Riley Avenue.

Two other people in the home were taken into custody, police said.

Antonio Berry, 26, of Indianapolis was arrested on an unrelated narcotics warrant, and Ashley Brown, 26, also of Indianapolis was arrested for being uncooperative with officers and possessing marijuana, police said.
