LIBERTY, Ind. - The former director of the Union County Emergency Management Agency has been arrested on theft charges.
Dustin Glisson, 29, of Liberty, was arrested Thursday on preliminary charges of theft and official misconduct.
State police began investigating in November after allegations that Glisson had sold EMA property and kept the profits for himself.
Glisson resigned as EMA director when the investigation was launched.
He had bonded out of the Union County Jail by Friday morning.
