FISHERS, Ind. - A Fishers homeowner told police two men broke into his home near 106th Street and Lantern Road early Wednesday.
The incident was reported just before 3 a.m. at a home in the 10000 block of Adam Court, where a man and his wife were sleeping.
No injuries were reported, but the homeowner told police he and his wife were sleeping when the intruders broke into his home.
Police remained at the scene to see if anything was taken from the home.
The homeowners told police the suspects probably got into the home through an open garage door.
Fishers K-9 officers were dispatched in the area to look for the intruders and a perimeter was set up near the home, but officers did not locate any suspects.
Police are also investigating vehicle break-ins in the same neighborhood, and they're trying to determine if the crimes are connected.
