INDIANAPOLIS - One person has been arrested in connection with an Indianapolis triple homicide.
Metro police arrested Montrel Humphrey, 20, of Gary, on charges of murder and robbery following the May 19 incident.
Police said they believe a drug robbery led to the shooting deaths of Stranger Dunn, 34, Esker Dodson-Walker, 33, and Valdemar Enriquez, 21.
Detectives said they think Humphrey, Enriquez and a third person came to the home in the 5200 block of Lakemanor Drive to commit the robbery.
Everybody involved has connections to Gary, Indiana, police said.
Detectives found heroin and marijuana at the residence.
Police said additional people could face charges in the case.
Indianapolis has had 53 homicides in 2014.
