JASONVILLE, Ind. - Indiana State Police arrested a Greene County man on Wednesday on charges of possessing hundreds of images of child pornography – some involving children as young as toddlers.
Officers from the Indiana State Police, Federal Bureau of Investigation and Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICACTF) executed a search warrant at the home of William J. Mondary on the 400 block of South Park Avenue in Jasonville.
Police said the search came after an undercover investigation in cooperation with the Kentucky ICACTF.
In a press release, police said forensic examiners found hundreds of media files allegedly depicting children as young as toddlers engaging in sexual acts or sexually suggestive posing.
Mondary, 76, was taken to the Greene County Jail on five counts of felony possession of child pornography and five counts of child exploitation.
