GREENSBURG, Ind. - A 13-year-old Greensburg girl told police she was forced into a truck and fondled as she walked to school Monday.
The girl, who had missed her school bus, was walking to Greensburg Junior High School just before 8 a.m. when she said she was approached by two men in a pickup truck in an alley in the 300 block of North Lincoln Street.
The girl said the men asked her if she needed a ride, which she declined, but then the passenger jumped out of the truck, grabbed her and forced her into the truck.
Both men fondled the girl through her clothes as they drove around the block, but neither said anything, the girl told police.
The men then dropped the girl off in the same spot and drove away, she said.
The girl went home and told her mother, who then called police.
The driver was described as white, in his 50s, 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall with a big stomach, brownish gray hair with a goatee.
The passenger was described as white, in his 50s, more than 6 feet tall with a bald head and mustache.
The girl said the truck was a shiny black Dodge pickup with a loud exhaust.
