INDIANAPOLIS - "Happy Days" star Erin Moran has been spotted homeless and haggard in southern Indiana, according to RadarOnline.com.

The 51-year-old actress, best known for playing Joanie on the hit `70s sitcom, was kicked out of the mobile home she'd been sharing with her husband, Steve Fleischmann, by his mother, who was reportedly tired of her hard-partying ways, the website reported.

RadarOnline and the National Enquirer both ran photos of Moran, Fleischmann and the couple's pet Great Dane smoking outside the Holiday Inn Express in Corydon two weeks ago.

The National Enquirer reported the couple have been bouncing from motel to motel but are quickly blowing through a cash settlement Moran was awarded by CBS over merchandise revenue.

"On several occasions the hotel management warned Erin to curb her unruly behavior," the Enquirer reported about another Corydon motel. "But they finally had enough of her temper and demanded that she immediately leave the property."

Erin played Richie Cunningham's sister, Joanie, on "Happy Days."
