NEW CASTLE, Ind. -- A woman is facing multiple charges after police say she spit on and threatened hotel employees while half naked and then blamed vampires destroying her room.

Court documents filed by the Henry County Prosecutor’s office said deputies were called to the Raintree Inn in the 2000 block of S. IN-3 around 9:30 p.m. Sunday.

An employee at the hotel told police it all started when Lisa Stout walked into the hotel bar completely nude from the waist down and asked for a Coke. When the bartender told her she was missing pants she spit on the employee’s arm and then threatened to kill them with “guns” when she was told she had to leave.

When deputies arrived at the hotel they found Stout’s room torn apart with a table on its side, two broken lamps, the phone cord cut and a TV lying on the floor. Police also found a bottle of alcohol on the bathroom floor.

Stout told police that vampires had broken into her room and “destroyed everything” and that she had nothing to do with the damage.

When the deputies tried to arrest Stout she became combative, threatening to kill them and yelling: ”I am f**king going to slice your God damn throat” and “Let me up or I will kill you.”

Stout also spit on the deputies as they were placing her into the back of their cruiser.

Stout is facing the following charges:

  • Criminal Mischief – Misdemeanor
  • Public Intoxication - Misdemeanor
  • Disorderly Conduct - Misdemeanor
  • Resisting Law Enforcement – Misdemeanor
  • Intimidation (5 counts) – Level 6 Felonies
  • Battery with Bodily Waste - Misdemeanor
  • Battery with Bodily Waste – Level  5 Felony
