INDIANAPOLIS ---Hillary Clinton made an unscheduled campaign stop at Lincoln Square Pancake House on North Meridian Street Sunday.

Customers and staffers were surprised when they saw Clinton come through the door.

The Democratic front-runner walked around the restaurant and shook hands, chatted with diners, and took selfies before she headed to her Get Out The Vote event at Douglass Park.

"We were a little shocked because she just stopped in without letting anybody know, but it was awesome," said Chris Katris, owner of Lincoln Square Pancake House.

Katris said this was the first time a presidential candidate made a stop at the restaurant.

Clinton was too busy to eat, but she did have some coffee before heading back out on campaign trail.
