Hit-and-run driver leaves bicyclist in serious condition

INDIANAPOLIS - Police are searching for a car that hit a bicyclist who had to be rushed to the hospital in serious condition late Saturday night.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) said just after 10 p.m., a four-door sedan hit a person on a bike near West 56th Street and Knollton Road.
Police said the victim was taken to IU Methodist Hospital. Officers are now on the hunt for the vehicle, which they said might have a right-side headlight out.
