RTV6 hosted a phone bank Thursday and Friday to support victims of Wednesday's severe storms.

In total, you helped us collect $19,845 for the Red Cross of central Indiana. THANK YOU for your contributions.

Of every $1 donated, 92 cents goes directly to victims in need.

If you weren't able to call our phone bank, you can always donate to the Red Cross here.

The Salvation Army Indiana Division is also providing resources to people in the area who may not have a home, food or other services.

People wanting to assist those in need of help through the Salvation Army, can send a text message to 41444 with "Hoosier" in the body of the message to access an online donation form.

Those who wish to assist with recovery efforts in Howard County can call the county’s 211 hotline or 765-868-4133 for more information.

Those who wish to make donations can do so through the Howard County United Way, located at 210 West Walnut, Kokomo, IN.
