KOKOMO, Ind. -- A woman is dead after a head-on crash between a semi and a car early Sunday morning in Kokomo.
Kokomo police say the woman was driving the wrong direction in the area of State Road 22 and US 31 when she collided head-on with a semi.
The female driver in the car was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.
No other details have been released at this time.
The accident remains under investigation by the Kokomo Police Department.
