INDIANAPOLIS – When a homeless man in downtown Indianapolis did not show up to his regular food outreach program, Indianapolis officers began to investigate.
The IMPD Downtown Homeless Unit visited the man’s tent at a homeless camp and found him suffering from hypothermia and severe dehydration.
Officers then partnered with the Indianapolis Fire Department to help save the man’s life by giving him medical attention.
