INDIANAPOLIS - Police were investigating after a body was found on the city’s near-west side Tuesday morning.
Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department found the body in a parking lot in the 900 block of Oliver Avenue at 8 a.m.
Police said the woman was found lying face down in the parking lot of a church.
Authorities were still investigating and interviewing witnesses, but detectives do not believe foul play was involved.
The victim’s identity was not yet released.
