Police: Victim may have been shot during robbery

INDIANAPOLIS - Police were investigating after a person was shot in the back on the city’s east side Tuesday evening.
Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said the shooting happened in the 10500 block of East 37th Street around 10 p.m.
Police said the victim may have been shot during a robbery.
The victim was awake and breathing, IMPD said.
No arrests have been made.
