INDIANAPOLIS - Authorities need help identifying a suspect who stole cash from a Walgreens store on the city’s north side last month.
The incident happened at the store on the corner of Keystone Avenue and 52nd Street on Dec. 19, officials with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said.
Police said the suspect walked up to the counter to purchase a pack of gum. The suspect reached over the counter to grab money out of the open cash register as he was paying and then ran away, officials said.
The suspect is described as a black male in his early 40s, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, 180 pounds with short black hair, a mustache and a beard.
