INDIANAPOLIS - An Indiana man is facing federal charges for reportedly taking two girls over state lines to engage in sexual activity.
U.S. Attorney Joe Hogsett announced the indictment of Marvin Geraci, 67, of New Castle, Tuesday.
According to an Oct. 2012 criminal complaint, Geraci molested two girls -- now ages 12 and 13 -- multiple times during the past two years.
Geraci is accused of taking the girls on "vacations" to New Orleans and Daytona Beach.
A guilty verdict would carry a maximum penalty of life in prison, said Assistant U.S. Attorney Brant Cook.
