INDIANAPOLIS -

Indiana Fever fans are ready to turn up the heat as their team prepares for the third installment in the WBNA finals against the Minnesota Lynx.

Team officials are encouraging fans to wear red to support the Fever in what could be the biggest game of the season.

The series is tied and the Fever will try to bounce back from their last loss to the Lynx, 83-71.

Fans are hoping Friday's home-court advantage at Bankers Life Fieldhouse will heat up the competition for the championship.

"I can't wait. We need that trophy. We need that championship trophy. We need to win it here," fan Liz Durden said.

"They represent Indianapolis and they're a pretty good basketball team. If they cut down on the turnovers, I think they can win this thing in two more games," fan Edward Strickling said.

The Fever-Lynx game will tip-off at 8 p.m. Friday at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
