INDIANAPOLIS - A man was arrested on multiple charges over the weekend after he was found either asleep or passed out in his car, officials said.
Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were called to the 2600 block of Walnut Street Sunday morning after multiple people complained about a vehicle blocking the street.
When police arrived, they found Bryan Hill, 24, only wearing a T-shirt, underwear and one sock.
Police said he had pants on, but they were on the upper half of his body, with his arms inserted into the legs of the jeans.
Hill faces charges of public intoxication and obstruction of traffic, police said.
