HENDRICKS COUNTY, Ind. -- An Indianapolis man was shot and wounded Tuesday night in Hendricks County.
The shooting happened just after 8:00 p.m. at a home on State Road 267 near County Road 200 North.
Deputies say 56-year-old Anthony Casada went to the home of his ex-wife and threatened her husband with a pair of nunchucks.
According to authorities, David Gregory, 50, of Avon, shot Casada several times as he tried to protect himself and his wife from being attacked.
Deputies say Gregory is not being criminally charged.
Investigators are still working to determine whether Casada will face any charges from the incident.
