INDIANAPOLIS -- On Indianapolis This Week,  a close look at the ballot challenge to U.S. Senate candidate Todd Young and the fight over the next Supreme Court Justice.

The Indiana Election Commission voted 2-2 on the challenge to Todd Young’s campaign, meaning he will stay on the ballot.

We have exclusive reaction after the commission meeting with our Katie Heinz.

Young’s campaign has dismissed the challenge as a “political stunt.”

Plus Insiders Mary Beth Schneider, Dan Parker and Jennifer Hallowell talk about the long-term fallout for all of the candidates.

After the death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, Sen. Dan Coats has said there should be no vote on a new Supreme Court justice until after the presidential election. But he is explaining to our Jason Fechner how it’s not a “blind no” and that he could vote on an Obama nominee.

Coats is discussing the GOP Presidential race.
