Death investigation on Indianapolis' west side

INDIANAPOLIS -- Homicide detectives were called out to Indianapolis' west side Monday morning for a death investigation.

A woman who was walking through an alley in the 3100 block of Concord Court found a body around 7:30 a.m. and called 911.

Detectives say the body is that of a female and that there was no obvious sign of how she died.

It will be up to the Marion Co. Coroner to determine the cause of death. 

Detectives are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at (317) 262-TIPS (8477).
