INDIANAPOLIS – The 9-year-old boy who was allegedly kidnapped was found safe Wednesday night.
Police said 9-year-old Brendan Lamb was kidnapped by 40-year-old Steven Magness in the 300 block of Brunswick Avenue. He was found safe around 8 p.m. and Magness was arrested, officers said.
