INDIANAPOLIS -- New improvements could be coming to a Wayne Township park soon.
Indy Parks has plans to discuss improvements to Chapel Hill Park, located on North Girls School Road, during a public meeting set for Wednesday at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church at 6 p.m.
It’s the first of two public sessions. The second meeting date has not been announced.
Chapel Hill Park currently features basketball and tennis courts, a covered picnic area, children’s playground and a grassy field.
The parks department hopes to finalize its plans and begin work next year.
