INDIANAPOLIS -- An Indianapolis girl who lost her leg in a train accident completed a 2 Kilometer fun run using a prosthetic leg.

Ben Davis High School track coach Mike Davidson said Breanna Brooks has only had the prosthetic leg for only two weeks.

The Run Wayne Run Fun Run 2K was held on Saturday November 11 at the Lynhurst 7th and 8th Grade Center.

It was the fourth year for the event.

Coach Davidson called Brooks “an inspiration” in a Twitter post.
