BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- Three ten-year-old elementary school students were caught with marijuana at school on Friday.
According to the Bloomington Police Department, the three young boys all attend Fairview Elementary School.
Police say one of the kids said he found the marijuana on the street near an intersection and another boy said he found it at home. All three 10-year-olds were referred to juvenile probation.
The Department of Child Services was called to investigate. No charges have been filed at this time.
The incident remains under investigation by the Bloomington Police Department and DCS.
