WAYNE TOWNSHIP, Ind. -- People who live on Indy's West Side have an opportunity to help victims of Hurricane Harvey.

The Wayne Township Fire Department is collecting supplies at its headquarters through Friday, September 8.

From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., you can drop off bottled water and unopened hygiene products at 700 North High School Road.

Hygiene products needed include toothpaste, soap, shampoo and deodorant.

The items must be unopened.
