INDIANANPOLIS -- In time for this weekend's Garth Brooks concerts, Bankers Life Fieldhouse has some information to know.
If you have tickets already for a Garth Brooks concert, you should already have this information, but it's worth a refresher.
ENTRY: Fans may enter through all entrances at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to allow extra time for security procedures. All Paperless Buyers (Floor F1-F2, F4-F5; Lower Level Sections 3-5; 16-18) please enter through the Entry Pavilion and have your credit card and ID ready. If you should have any issues with your Ticketmaster Paperless account in regards to admittance, please continue to the Bankers Life Fieldhouse Box Office where they will troubleshoot your account to get you into the event in a timely fashion.
TICKETS: Pick up will call tickets in advance of the show date. The Bankers Life Fieldhouse Box Office is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday with extended hours. The Box Office will open at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday. Have a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets when picking up your tickets. PARKING: Carpooling is strongly encouraged. There are multiple parking options throughout the downtown area that are within walking distance of Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The Virginia Avenue Garage on the northeast corner of the building connects to the Fieldhouse from the third floor of the garage.
CONSTRUCTION: Be advised that there is significant road construction occurring throughout downtown Indianapolis, including on streets surrounding Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Please plan accordingly.
PICK UP & DROP OFF LOCATIONS: The drop off and pickup location for guests with disabilities is located off Bankers Life Court. Bankers Life Court is a one-way street eastbound off Pennsylvania Street.
CAMERA POLICY: No commercial or flash photography of any kind is permitted. Camcorders or any other audio/visual equipment are prohibited unless authorized by the promoter and/or the Garth Brooks team. Please call 317-917-2500 with any additional questions.
BAG POLICY: For quicker entry, patrons are encouraged not to bring bags. Backpacks and bags larger than 14²x14²x6² are not permitted. All bags are subject to search prior to entry.
SECURITY POLICY: Weapons of any kind including concealed carry weapons, knives (including pocket knives), mace (pepper spray and keychain pepper spray), blades, and tools are prohibited. Large belt buckles will need to be removed during the security screening process.
FOOD/BEVERAGE: Outside food/beverage will not be permitted into the arena.
SMOKING: This is a smoke free facility. Any guests wishing to smoke during an event may utilize our designated exterior guest smoking areas provided on each level of the Fieldhouse.
