Food Truck Friday

Greening of the Canal
The Hoosier Lottery Greening of the Canal takes place at the Stardust Terrace outside the Indiana Historical Society with live music and dancing. The greening begins at 5 p.m. and runs through 5:45 p.m. More info at www.indystpats.com .
2014 Men's Big 10 Basketball Tournament
The 2014 Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournament returns today to Indianapolis and the world's finest basketball facility at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. You can find the restaurant pairing for your favorite team here .
Indiana Comic Con
Over 40,000 square feet and 150 booths of comics, cosplay, videos, toys, action figures, anime, video games, Star Wars, artwork, trading cards, and fun! Haunted Indianapolis Downtown Ghostwalk
Visit society and the wicked backlife of Indianapolis in this tour. Visited are haunted theatres, businesses and other areas where the living chose to become dead and walk forever. This tour lasts 1:45-2 hours and begins on the north side of Monument Circle. More info here.
Art & Soul 2014: A celebration of African-American art and artists in Indiana
This month's celebration includes the art, music, dance and poetry of African-American artists in Indiana. The exhibit will run through March 31 at the Indianapolis Artsgarden downtown. More information here .
Indiana Flower and Patio Show
With more than 400 exhibitors and dozens of showcase gardens, this show is great both for those getting a jump-start on their spring and summer gardening, and for those just looking for a lovely time! All day long through Saturday, head to the Indiana State Fairgrounds West Pavilion and Expo Hall for the show.
National conference to make Indy crowded this week
If you're planning to do anything in downtown Indianapolis this week, be aware of possible traffic and crowded hot spots. Nearly 5,000 representatives from the U.S. library industry are arriving for the 2014 Public Library Association National Conference. It runs through Saturday at the Indiana Convention Center.
