Blackford County Jail inmate Victoria Seats of Hartford City appeared to be having a seizure when she was found, Indiana State Police said.
CPR was performed on Seats once she became unresponsive and she was taken to IU Health in Hartford City.
Around 11:30 p.m. Seats was pronounced dead by hospital staff. Police do not suspect foul play, but the investigation is ongoing, according to ISP.
