INDIANAPOLIS -- Monday, Feb. 15 is Presidents Day -- or, as it's known legally -- Washington's Birthday.
In Indianapolis, the post offices are closed and no mail will be delivered on Monday.
But the City-County offices are open for business, except for the courts and clerks' offices.
@ahow628 Courts and the clerk's office are closed. The rest of the City-County are open.
