INDIANAPOLIS -- It's become a concerning issue in Indianapolis, not just for people but for other dogs as well - people allowing their dogs to run around without a leash.

When outside of an Indianapolis park, dogs must be leashed or within three feet of their owner at all times.

Park Rangers say you can get a $50 ticket each time they catch you walking your dog without a leash in the city.
